               MOBILE POLICY

Please note that in any instance where there are mechanical issues with the trailer  or inclement whether that are out of our control (snow, ice, extreme heat,  thunderstorms, hurricane warning, high winds unforseene  emergency circumstances ) we will gladly reschedule at our next available date. 

Spoiled Rotten Spa asks that ALL old nail polish be removed from ENTIRE PARTY hands and toes! This makes our process go smoother. We do charge an additional removal FEE of $5.00 per girl if any nails/toes are polished.  Parents are not allowed to stay in trailer during service but you may check on them throughout the service however , all adults will be able to enter for the fashion show finale

It is your duty to secure parking for the trailer (8 car spaces) and any time spent waiting for available parking will be deducted from service time. Hotel clearance included. No cul de sac, dead ends tight spots,   and no back ups

Traveling fee: starts at  $25  or $4 a mile from 20002 whichever is comes  first, it will be idue upon arrival. (DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY MONTHLY SPECIALS tolls not incld in travel fee 

$25 fee if you change location with in 3 days of party. $75 same day location change  1-10miles. Travel time will be subtracted from party time. Lastly you are not able to downgrade party package Within 5 days of party

Balances are due 5 before PARTY in cash.

Please have all permission slips signed by each parent NOT by the birthday parent upon arrival. There will be NO SERVICE without it.
